THE HEADQUARTERSThe Studio is located in Rome, in via Famiano Nardini n. 1 / C, inside the Palazzo Federici, designed in 1931 by the architect Mario De Rienzi.
The Studio is easily accessible thanks to the proximity of the metro station "Bologna" Line B; once you get off at the aforementioned stop, take Viale XXI Aprile for about 500 meters and at the intersection with Via Famiano Nardini turn right.

THE LAWYERHe was born in 1986 in Rome and in 2010 he graduated with honors in Law at the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
After graduating, he started hIS forensic practice in criminal matters at a law firm of primary importance at national level and at the same time attended the School for Legal Professions at the University of Roma Tre, obtaining his post-graduate diploma in 2012 .
In 2014 he obtained the qualification to practice law, enrolling in the Order of Lawyers of Rome and in the same year he founded the Scaccia Law Firm.
Criminal law training has allowed him to develop specific expertise in this sector, assisting both individuals and companies in criminal proceedings for corporate, bankruptcy, tax and customs crimes; he also deals with crimes against the public administration, against property, against public faith, against the family, against the person, against the environment, as well as crimes provided for by the special legislation on drugs.
The in-depth study of customs law, also in the light of the innovations introduced by the Union Customs Code (EU Reg. No. 952/2013), and its various implications, especially in the tax field, have allowed him to be officiated with numerous tasks both in the judicial and extrajudicial fields, supporting important national realities, both in customs planning, through consultancy provided in the process of acquiring the AEO certification or in the management of extrajudicial customs disputes, as well as in the judicial phase.
